The RB-18008G-167BR digital speaker is designed to deliver high-quality audio performance in a compact and lightweight package. With dimensions of Φ12.0*3.6mm and weighing only 2.1g, it offers versatility and efficiency for various digital applications.
Constructed with Nd-Fe-B magnet material and featuring a magnet size of 9.5∮×1.0T, this speaker provides a nominal impedance of 8 ± 15% Ohm at 2000Hz when supplied with 1V input voltage. It has a power rating of 0.5W under normal
conditions, with a maximum power handling capability of 1.0W, ensuring reliable operation without compromising performance.
The speaker generates a fundamental output (FO) frequency of 1150±20% Hz, achieving a sound pressure level (SPL) of 95±3dB across a broad frequency range of 20-20KHZ. Distortion is limited to a maximum of 10%, guaranteeing clear and accurate sound reproduction.
During abnormal sound tests, the speaker is subjected to a sine wave ranging from 50~5kHz at 2.0 Volts toensure proper operation. The diaphragm moves forward when a positive DC is applied to the red “+” or “Marked” terminal, maintaining correct polarity.
Operating within a temperature range of -25°C to +65°C, the speaker remains functional and reliable, with a storage temperature range spanning from -25°C to +65°C. It undergoes load testing, including exposure to white noise for 96 hours at 0.5W input power.
The speaker is subjected to high and low-temperature tests at +65±2°C and-20±2°C, respectively, each lasting 96 hours, along with a humidity test at +40±2°C with a relative humidity of 90~95% for 96 hours.
Vibration tests involve subjecting the speaker to a frequency of 30±15 Hz with an amplitude of 1.5 mm for 2 hours per axis (x, y, z axis) to assess its resilience to vibrations. Additionally, it undergoes a drop test where it is subjected to a 1 M free fall on a concrete floor, repeated 10 times to evaluate its durability under impact.
Finally, a temperaturecycle test is conducted at 25 + 65°C for 5 cycles to ensure its performance under extreme temperature conditions, making it suitable for use in various environments and demanding applications.
